If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love turning conversations into conversions, this role is for you.Join us in shaping the future of remote work!Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering tailored pitches, generating revenue, and meeting performance targets as agreed with your Line Manager.Client OutreachEngage with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver compelling pitches.Follow up with prospects to maintain momentum and foster strong relationships.Revenue GenerationConvert qualified leads into successful placements. (Monthly KPI - USD 4,450)Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize account value.Client RetentionBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high retention.Conduct regular check-ins to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.Strategic Account ManagementIdentify client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with their goals.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and exceed expectations.Performance TrackingUse CRM tools (Hubspot, ClickUp and other softwares) to track leads, revenue, and client feedback.Monitor and report performance against KPIs in collaboration with your Line Manager.RequirementsAt least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or sales development role, ideally in a B2B setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow through with timely execution.Comfortable working with performance targets and fast-paced environments.Bonus: Experience with account management, client retention strategies, or growth-focused roles.
