You’ll play a key role in building the outbound system from the ground up, directly contributing to the firm’s early growth and future success.We’re looking for someone driven, confident, and hungry to succeed in an international, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify new client leads across industries like Construction, Healthcare, and IT.Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages).Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.Keep the CRM updated and ensure all interactions are logged.Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline momentum.Collaborate with management to improve scripts and outreach strategy.RequirementsExcellent English communication (spoken & written).Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation preferred.Own laptop and reliable internet connection (essential).Confident making calls to English-speaking professionals.Organised, proactive, and results-driven.What We OfferCompetitive base pay + uncapped commissions based on closed clients.Hands-on training, scripts, and daily guidance.Opportunity to grow with the company.
