Location: Remote (LATAM)Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 40 hours per week (New York time zone)Office Hours: 9 am to 5 pmRate: $7–$9 USD per hourContract Length: 1-year contract (with potential for renewal)Planned Start Date: December 14th, 2025About UsPeeplo is a staff augmentation company that connects top LATAM talent with US clients.About the RoleThe Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through both cold and warm outreach. Using a variety of communication methods, the SDR engages leads primarily generated through marketing initiatives to promote investments in precious metals and coins, helping clients diversify and stabilize their investment portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesMake around 200 dials per day to potential clients, focusing on warm leads who have expressed interest in investing, with occasional cold outreach.Communicate effectively with prospects, employing battle-tested call scripts to articulate the value proposition of investing.Identify and overcome client objections, moving the conversation towards securing investment commitments.Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of call activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.RequirementsProven experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing or similar phone-based roles.Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer engagement strategies.Advanced English communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales or a related field is advantageous.Preferred QualificationsExperience in selling investment products, especially precious metals or financial instruments.Knowledge of the precious metals market and investment principles.Prior experience working in a remote sales environment.Required SkillsCold calling, Customer relationship management (CRM), Sales negotiation, Objection handling, Time managementAdditional Valuable SkillsMarket knowledge of precious metals, Advanced CRM software proficiencyBenefitsFully RemoteHealth Insurance: $50 USD monthly health insurance.Time Off: Accrued Time Off (ATO) based on hours worked, tracked and managed through BambooHR (equivalent to 10 days per year).Holidays: US client holidays observed.
