Your role is to drive new business by engaging English primary, secondary, and multi-academy trusts through proactive outreach. You'll focus on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team while helping shape the future of outbound prospecting at Third Space Learning. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into building and leading an SDR function and take ownership of our wider demand generation efforts over time.About Third Space LearningOur mission is to close the attainment gap by ensuring every student is able to access great quality tutoring to help them succeed in, and love, their learning. AI tutoring transforms access and cost - allowing infinitely scalable high-quality education for all.Third Space Learning works in partnership with schools to provide curriculum-aligned programs of one-to-one spoken AI maths tutoring to the students who need it most - significantly reducing the cost of providing tutoring by up to 95% - whilst increasing access to all students who require support.We are one of the first movers in the AI tutoring market and are building the most evidenced AI tutoring solution that will change students' lives. The scale of the problem we seek to solve is significant; there are 11 million disadvantaged students in the US, 1.7 million disadvantaged students in the UK, and hundreds of millions more in global markets.ResponsibilitiesDrive outbound prospecting to create qualified opportunities for the sales teamMeet and exceed activity goals across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachBuild and manage a predictable pipeline of engaged prospectsResearch schools and trusts to identify key stakeholders and tailor outreach messagingMaintain detailed records in Salesforce and effectively use tools such as Reply, Aircall, and Google WorkspaceCollaborate closely with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversionShare feedback to help refine positioning, messaging, and outreach strategiesDevelop deep sector knowledge and become an expert in the Third Space Learning offeringIn the longer term, contribute to building out and leading the demand generation functionRequirements1-2 years experience in a sales prospecting role (education sector experience preferred)Proven ability to generate high-quality outbound pipeline and exceed targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident, ambitious, and motivated by growth opportunitiesStrong organisational skills with a disciplined approach to outreachPositive attitude and genuine passion for improving educational accessLondon-based or able to travel weekly to our East London officeBenefits£32,000-£35,000 base salary per annum (OTE £50,000-£60,000+)High-percentage, uncapped commission structureClear progression path to demand generation lead role building out a teamChoice of equipment (Mac or Windows)Flexible hybrid working (several days per week from home)25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually (up to 5 additional days)Join one of the fastest-growing AI education companies in the UK, working with a passionate team committed to both growth and social impactOpt-in private healthcare scheme Opt-in private dental scheme
