About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cynomi, you will play a critical role in our sales process, tasked with identifying and generating new business leads to fuel our growth. You will engage potential partners through a blend of outbound and inbound strategies, facilitating initial conversations that our Channel Account Managers will advance into deeper partnership discussions. This hybrid role requires presence in the office three days per week, enabling direct collaboration with our diverse and dynamic team. In this position, you will directly contribute to the scaling of Cynomi’s operations and its strategic objectives.
Your efforts in engaging potential partners will be crucial in expanding our market reach and enhancing our customer base, to continue our success in the cybersecurity sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential leads through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Lead Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to assess prospect needs and fit, utilizing training provided to effectively identify high-potential opportunities. CRM Management:
Diligently maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, activities, and engagement progress. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and contribute to team targets.
