You’re competitive, thoughtful, and you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.You HaveMinimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (ideally SaaS or tech)A strong ability to research, prioritize, and engage senior stakeholdersProven success hitting or exceeding targets in a structured sales environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and EnglishA results-driven mindset, combined with intellectual curiosity and a growth mentalityA background in CRM, SaaS, or solution-oriented sales is a plus.
