X-SOFT is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the competitive US and EU tech markets and serves as the essential stepping stone into an Account Executive career.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research on targeted accounts to identify key contacts and roles that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.Collaborate closely with the VP Sales to develop and execute targeted campaigns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in Hubspot.Set and exceed monthly and quarterly meeting quotas (target: ~10 qualified meetings per month).Lead a dedicated outbound account sequence, incorporating multi-channel communication methods including calls, emails, Linkedin, and tech events.Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research and outreach messaging.Requirements:At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a sales development role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, especially with outbound outreach for tech companies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable messages.Clear thinker with the ability to quickly adapt messaging to various industries, roles, and stages of the sales cycle and articulate the value proposition of our platform as well as key customer stories.Tech-savvy; has used SDR sales tools before or has the ability to learn them quickly.Solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions to drive business growth.Bonus points if you have:Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and outreach.Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced outbound sales environment.Background in tech, consulting, or professional services sales is a plus.Additional French, Italian or German language knowledge is an advantage.Benefits of Joining X-SOFT as an SDRCareer & Growth Opportunities in an office located in the City Centre of ChisinauSpecialized Sales Training: Direct mentorship and ongoing training in the complex B2B sales cycle specific to software outstaffing and high-value IT services.International Market Exposure: Gain experience working with sophisticated decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) in the high-demand US and EU tech markets.Competitive Compensation PackagePerformance BonusesAccess to Premium CRM and Sales Engagement ToolsCollaborative Culture with regular teambuilding eventsRemote work options and great Work-Life balance
