You’ll take ownership to reach out to warm leads, engage decision-makers, and secure meetings for senior team members and clients. If you know how to connect fast, handle objections naturally, and move conversations to commitment - you are exactly who we’re looking for. We are only looking for the best of the best - true "word wizard" who knows how to make every call count.The RoleYou’ll work as part of a focused outbound sales team where automation fills your funnel and you focus purely on calling, converting and closing. Our automation experts generate hundreds of qualified leads weekly - your job is to turn them into booked meetings through strong communication and persistence.What you will do• Call and engage decision-makers from pre-qualified lead lists• Convert semi-warm leads into booked meetings for senior consultants and partners• Follow up with prospects who responded via LinkedIn or email outreach• Track daily activity and results in CRM or outreach tools• Refine call scripts and objection handling with the team to boost conversionWhat we are looking for• Proven experience in B2B calling, outreach and cold calling• Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day• Confident and persuasive communicator• Organised and motivated by weekly targets• Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian languages are a plusPerformance targets• 500–750 outbound calls per week• 5–7% booking rate from contacted leads• 10+ qualified meetings booked weeklyWhat you get• Work remotely with a high-performance international team• Clear metrics and strong performance-based pay• Direct collaboration with automation specialists who build your pipeline• Growth path into senior SDR or Account Executive rolesIf you know how to open doors and close meetings, we want to hear from you.
