Telecommunications Product Specialist

Serbia – a member of FMC Telco Group company for the distribution of telecommunications equipment in the region - www.fmctel.com Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize telecommunications product categories related to linear infrastructure.Create and maintain detailed product content including descriptions, specifications, datasheets.Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional plans for product categories.Provide technical support to the sales team and assist with client presentations and proposals.Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, engineering) to ensure product quality and availability.Continuously improve the B2B platform’s functionality and user experience to meet industry standards. Required Skills and Experience:Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications productsProficiency in utilizing e-commerce and online product category platformsProficiency in photo editing toolsExcellent command of the English language. Location and Timeframe:Hybrid location: Belgrade, Majdanska Cukarica 20This is a hybrid role, requiring initial on-site training at our office in Belgrade, Serbia.Following the training period, the role will be primarily online, with communications via email and MS Teams. Reporting:The position involves daily tasks reporting to the Sales Department. Trial Period: There will be a 3 months trial period. Start of Work: The role is available for immediate start. Duration of Cooperation: The initial contract is for one year, with the possibility of an extension.  About FMC Telco Group - www.fmctel.comFMC Telco Group is a well-established regional distributor of telecommunications equipment, partnering with globally recognized manufacturers of telecom product brands.
