As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for highly driven and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team and drive our pipeline in EMEA. Role overview: As the Sales Development Specialist, you will report to the CEO. You will be responsible for outreaching, prospecting, and qualifying leads.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure successful conversion and you will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with prospects. ResponsibilitiesOwn the full outbound prospecting process for EMEA from day one. Spend hours each day cold calling—this role is phone-heavy. Handle objections live with confidence, intelligence, and persistence. Build outbound lists, write messaging, manage cadence tools. Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoffs to the AE team. Help shape SDR workflows and tooling as the function scales. Log activities, notes, and insights with discipline in the CRM. Learn from every call—and iterate fast.

Your profileProfessional fluency in English with a clear accent for EMEA/UK prospects. Native-level fluency in another European language is preferred. Confident talker who enjoys being on the phone all day. Prior experience in cold outbound sales (startup experience is a plus). At least 1 year of full time experience in a SaaS or fintech. Strong objection handling and active listening skills. Self-starter mindset—you thrive when given freedom and responsibility. Ability to operate without existing process or infrastructure. Must be based in Vilnius with the ability to travel to office every day.

Hybrid work arrangement after 1 year on the job (2 days from home)Must have the relevant work permit. Flagright does not provide visa sponsorship. Relocation supported for EU citizens.
