We are looking for an experienced Sales Director - SAP Solutions and Trifork Products that can help us sell NextGen solutions, products and infrastructure for our customer base in Switzerland.Full-time HybridDear ApplicantAt Trifork, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the tech industry with innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology. We are looking for a talented Sales Director – SAP Solutions and Trifork Products to join our dynamic team in Zürich and help us sell our solutions and win the Swiss market (first priority) and the DACH market in general (second priority).You will lead strategic growth initiatives within the SAP ecosystem in Switzerland as well as the whole DACH region. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen and expand Trifork’s presence in the Switzerland by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including SAP customers, partners, and industry leaders.You Will Work Closely With Cross-functional Teams On Design, Development, And Operations—to Identify Customer Needs And Translate Them Into Tailored SAP-based Solutions And Trifork’s Developed SAP Products. This IncludesDriving sales activities for SAP services such as SAP BTP integrations, and custom SAP extensions.Promoting and selling Trifork-developed products that complement SAP environments, ensuring alignment with customer digital transformation goals.Collaborating with SAP and other technology partners to co-develop and co-market innovative solutions for the Swiss market.Managing end-to-end customer engagement, from initial opportunity identification through to solution delivery and post-implementation support.Contributing our go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, value proposition development, and sales enablement.Collaborating with other sales people across the Trifork organization.Your role is pivotal in accelerating Trifork’s growth in the SAP domain, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value and innovation to Swiss customers.About UsAt Trifork, we love people who love what they do. You run full-cycle enterprise deals, build a repeatable pipeline with and without partners, and turn flagship DACH logos into multi-year references. Success in this role unlocks a promotion track to Chief Commercial Officer, DACH after sustained over-target performance and leadership impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle enterprise sales: Prospecting, discovery, value cases, executive alignment, pilots, commercial structuring, and close.Forecast with precision in CRM and run data-driven reviews.Drive expansion in existing accounts with Customer Success. Turn deployments into references.Build and manage SI and technology partnerships in the SAP ecosystem to extend reach and co-sell.Qualifications7–12 years enterprise SaaS new-business experience with consistent over-target results.Proven success selling into industrial verticals such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals in DACH.Strong ERP and SAP familiarity. Comfort selling with or through SIs and alliances.Expert in complex, multi-stakeholder sales and multi-year SaaS contracting.A hands on mentality, where you are not afraid to drive all kinds of sales activities yourself.Fluent German.
