We believe teamwork makes for the most rewarding work and creating an environment that values all roles and good ideas.Role Overview As a key member of the Coevolve Team, the Sales Director (APAC) will lead by example to grow the business and drive the regional Sales Team of Sales Leads and Technical Consultants. With a consultative sales mindset the Sales Director (APAC) will steer commercial performance to achieve annual revenue and GP targets.This leader will focus on new business generation as well as existing account growth and will be responsible for the total market revenue in APAC where we have clients HQd in ANZ and SE Asia. The role plays a crucial role in delivering, plans the region, aligned to both APAC and global Coevolve growth strategy. The role will work closely with the Sydney-based, global Marketing Manager to drive marketing forward fostering great marketing-sales collaboration and increasingly effective digital marketing strategies. This includes leveraging an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) in the Philippines to increase outreach and data gathering.StrategyImplement the business strategy for the APAC region to accelerate growth aligned with Coevolve’s mission and values, overseeing its development and holding accountability for its growth and effective delivery.Maintain global sales standards and methodology so we have one way of working globally, albeit with the right level of local nuance specific to that market.Participate in regular Management Team meetings to help drive the business, promote new tactics and strategies and achieve results collaboratively across all Coevolve functions.Leadership & ManagementLead, manage and scale a high-performing team across APAC for Sales operations, driving outcomes and results and supporting teams with goal-deliverable actions and hands-on assistance through professional growth.Partner with the Marketing Manager to drive high-performance marketing through campaigns, events, and targeted initiatives to qualify new ICP leads.Develop strong client relationships across influencer and decision-maker levels to ensure clients are highly satisfied with Coevolve service and proactively discuss new potential projects.Leverage a systematic cadence of service review meetings run by our CX team with all clients.Ensure learning and development to inform the Sales team about potential solution enhancements and relevant key vendor updates.Identify improvements and drives continuous improvement and builds a growth-oriented, client outcome-focused and resilient team culture.Lead with enthusiasm and authenticity, promoting an inclusive environment where all individuals have a voice and feel they can achieve their best work contributions.Develop strong internal relationships across all regions and functions to ensure effective collaboration and global cohesion.Assist project teams as needed during implementation and ensure at a high level that scope creep is proactively managed.Act as a commercial liaison with key vendors used in the solution and (notably Arista VeloCloud, Zscaler, Cato Networks, Equinix, Microsoft Azure, RingCentral).Sales Drive and CommercialDeliver on growth targets by increasing revenue and GP across the region through the implementation of agreed commercial plans.Ensures sales leads have account plans as part of the global sales drive into our ICP.Ensure timely CRM reporting and drive pipeline development to reach target with a depth of 3x cover.Build methodology that enhances turnaround times on deal models, quotes and negotiations, completing client agreements and recording orders.Work with the leader of the global CX team to enhance current quoting and renewal process and leverage sales time for increased prospecting and bidding into new logo clients.Lead by example exhibiting a strong attention to detail and numeracy to maximise efficiency across the workflow. Ensure teaching moments are captured and built into simple, clear methodology for the global sales leads to keep improving.Ensure forecasting completeness and accuracy.New Logo Growth and Client DevelopmentOwn the new logo acquisition strategy for the APAC region, ensuring it aligns with Coevolve’s growth objectives and ICP.Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, ABM initiatives, and demand-generation tactics that specifically support new logo deals. Build a pipeline of new logo opportunities with our ICP in line with the company targets.Programmatically enhance the quantity and quality of CRM data on companies in Coevolve’s database fitting our ideal client profile and appropriate levels of segmentationOversee and contribute to extensive prospecting and drive ISR resource internally or from vendor partners when available.Lead the technical pre-sales (Technical Consultants) to ensure client buy-in and the development of optimal solutions.Drive a culture promoting Coevolve as a global brand of the highest quality and executing on Coevolve’s differentiators specific to the competitive setting on each and every bidEngage vendor partners to gain access to new leads, MDF and other resources and opportunities as a highly skilled partner.Account DirectorshipEngage with the CX team including the Business Support Analysts and Client Support to ensure all client request submitted are efficiently processed by the Client Experience team and in line with the commercial goals set for each account.Proactively engage clients to ensure business requirements are understood as they evolve over the life of the client with a clear focus on renewals and multi-solutions sales.Provide clear guidance on the scope and time budgeted for TC time during deployment. Lead the push back with the client on any scope creep vs what was sold.Efficiently leverage and develop the technical consultants to retain a trusted adviser status within the account.Work with the Client Experience team to ensure renewals are proactively addressed with Client Experience completing initial renewal activities and the Sales and Account Director responsible for engaging and negotiating with the client.Help orchestrate multi-layer contact, appropriate to the size of the account, with appropriate CEO/CTO involvement.Maintain strong Gross Profit across new and existing accounts build strong forward Total Contract Value.Present accurate commercial deals to finance within agreed global pricing standards and gain approval from the CEO for any deals outside those thresholds.Day-to-day activitiesProvide oversight to ensure the team manage internal systems to ensure up-to-date activity records and pipeline forecasts etc.Coordinate with marketing as requested with activities to drive regional event attendance and broader market presenceAssist CX and the CFO in addressing any commercial and client experience questionsGenerally, be willing to help in other ad hoc projects when requested.Skills & ExperienceExceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.• Proven B2B sales leadership in digital-first environments.• Expertise in ABM, lead generation, and campaign optimization.• Strong CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (MailShake) proficiency.• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making.• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments.• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Core Competencies• Market Segmentation & Prioritization: Target high-value verticals.• Lead Generation Strategy: Execute scalable inbound/outbound campaigns.• Commercial Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and pipeline health.• Strategic Partnership Development: Leverage vendor alliances and MDF.• Lifecycle Marketing: Drive multi-touch engagement programs.• Content Strategy: Amplify brand through thought leadership.• Executive Social Selling: Enhance digital presence and pipeline support.• CRM Governance: Ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
