The Sales Director is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading team management, and driving business development. The Sales Director will create and execute strategic sales plans, build and nurture customer relationships, monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize performance.QualificationsProven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business DevelopmentExperience in Customer Service and Team ManagementEffective communication and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the technology or software industry is a plus
