Role Overview:Sales Director – APAC will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across key markets in APAC. This role demands a strategic sales leader with deep regional experience and a strong background in ICT/Managed Services. The successful candidate will inherit and manage an existing sales team and will also be expected to recruit and build new capabilities as the region scales.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the regional sales strategy across APACDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and mid-market segmentsIdentify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growthSet and achieve aggressive sales targets aligned with overall business objectivesCollaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success and market relevanceProvide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to the executive teamRepresent the company at regional industry events and forumsPrimary GoalsRevenue Growth: Deliver consistent and scalable sales growth across the APAC regionMarket Expansion: Expand footprint in key markets across APACStrategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key partners to enhance market reach and solution offeringsQualifications & Experience15+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role covering APACProven track record in Managed Services, ICT, or IT Solutions industryStrong understanding of the APAC market dynamicsDemonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale operationsExcellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong business acumen and experience working with enterprise-level clientsWillingness to travel across the region as needed
