Sales Director, Government and Military Aviation Asia-Pacific

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for our Digital Aviation Solutions Government & Military team in South Korea. This role is pivotal in leading sales campaigns, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) goals. This is a remote position. However, candidates must live in South Korea.  Key Responsibilities:Drive sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities in SalesforceLeverage MEDDPICC and Close Plans to score and evaluate opportunitiesLead sales campaigns, balancing enterprise, business unit, and customer goalsNegotiate and finalize commitments with customersDevelop and implement campaign-specific strategies, securing resources and management commitment for successful executionMonitor campaign project status and budget requirements through established metricsLeverage comprehensive knowledge of products and services to support customer commitments and foster business growthResearch and analyze competitive landscapeEstablish and maintain a broad network to address customer needs and promote Jeppesen and ForeFlight's valuePrepare proposals and contracts Basic Qualifications:Experience in B2B and/or B2G sales in South Korea, preferably in aviation and/or software-related fieldsProficiency and business fluency in EnglishProven ability to develop and maintain ongoing customer relationshipsPrior experience in the aviation industry, flight planning, or as a military and/or professional pilot is a major plusExcellent presentation, writing, and communication skillsExperience selling to the South Korea Government or Ministry of Defense; selling to third-party integrators and international military entities is a plusCultural knowledge and business experience in East Asia Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeWillingness to work a flexible schedule with moderate travel requirementsExperience with Salesforce CRM is a plusPilot or aviation enthusiast  Additional InformationThis is a remote position for candidates who live in South Korea only.
