Job Title: Sales DirectorDepartment: Sales Department Reports To: General Manager Location: Green Coast Hotel, MGallery Collection, Palasë, Albania Job SummaryThe Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance of Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection. This role focuses on driving revenue across all market segments, leisure, corporate, MICE, and travel trade, while ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and sustainability values. The Sales Director will build strategic partnerships, lead the sales team, and contribute to the hotel's overall commercial success. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Develop and execute the hotel’s annual sales strategy in alignment with overall business goals and Accor brand standards. Identify and target key markets, segments, and business opportunities to maximize room and event revenue. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to adapt strategies proactively. Business Development Lead the acquisition and retention of key accounts (corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade). Foster strong relationships with business partners, DMCs, tour operators, and corporate clients. Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events locally and internationally. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Events team to achieve individual and departmental goals. Establish clear KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and training. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure a unified commercial strategy. Contribute to the creation of promotional offers and packages that align with the MGallery brand identity. Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and budgets for management review. Brand & Sustainability Alignment Uphold the MGallery brand philosophy of "Stories That Stay" through thoughtful client relationships and storytelling. Promote Green Coast Hotel’s sustainability initiatives and eco-luxury positioning in all sales communications. RequirementsQualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment. Proven track record in developing high-performance sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. Strong network within the corporate, MICE, and luxury travel sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English (required); Albanian and additional languages are an asset. Familiarity with Accor systems (e.g., Opera, Accor Sales & Distribution platforms) is an advantage. Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
