Position Focus:Market Growth StrategyBusiness Development & Customer Relationship ManagementKey Commercial Issues & Sales Target AchievementJob Description:Lead and manage business development activities across ASEAN.Guide the sales team to identify and execute growth opportunities and long-term strategic plans (LRP) within the target customer base.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the targeted OEMs to acquire new business and enhance existing accounts with improved profitability.Lead negotiations on key commercial topics including pricing, contracts, claims, and long-term agreements.Drive and achieve commercial KPIs such as annual revenue growth, margin improvement (including VAVE initiatives), price adjustments, AR management, and customer satisfaction.Act as the key interface with senior customer stakeholders, gathering insights and resolving issues to exceed expectations.Oversee the development of annual sales plans and financial budgets in alignment with company goals.Maintain a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer profitability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global sales counterparts to support regional and global business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.Fluent in English.Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and financial modeling.Proven experience working with targeted OEMs and understanding their procurement and decision-making processes.Established network with senior management at targeted automotive OEMs is a strong advantage,
