Sales Leader – Automotive Displays & ElectronicsHumansforce is partnering with a high-tech manufacturer to support its European growth. We’re seeking a Sales Leader to build the team, run day-to-day sales operations, and drive new business—especially within key OEM accounts.What you’ll doBuild and lead a high-performing sales team and front-office function for the region.Own the strategy: analyze market trends and competitors; design and execute go-to-market plans.Develop OEM accounts (VW & Ford): open doors, map stakeholders, and engage senior decision-makers to secure qualified opportunities and insight.Pipeline & forecasting: deliver accurate operational and financial reporting.Grow people: manage performance, coaching, and career development.Drive collaboration: coordinate cross-sell and joint marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and profitability.What you bringBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).Experience with VW Group and/or Ford purchasing and engineering organizations.5+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years leading sales teams or key accounts.Proven success selling cockpit-related products (displays, HMI, electronics) to automotive OEMs/Tier-1s.Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.Hunter mindset with disciplined pipeline management and closing skills.Languages: excellent English; fluent German.
