Job Title: Sales Director (Metrology) – United States (Remote)Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead US Metrology sales operations. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in metrology, precision measurement, or related instrumentation, combined with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a competitive, solution-based sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the US Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US metrology market.Drive new business development and manage key strategic accounts across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and advanced engineering.Coach, mentor, and develop sales managers and representatives, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and product positioning.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and insights to executive leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in metrology, precision instrumentation, or industrial automation.3+ years in a leadership or management role, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.Strong technical understanding of metrology and measurement solutions.Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.Willingness to travelIf this sounds like you Apply Now and we will get in touch!
