In short, Carrier’s greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees – and we’re excited for you to join the team.We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join the local management team and work with Scandinavian & central European team on Sales Operations/ Pricing /Service & Finance objectives.The Purpose Of The RoleAchieve sales targets on volume / margin by segments and channelsDevelop customers network across the country + define the Go-To-Market strategyAct as the leader to public customers & coordinate local eventsKey Responsibilities creating & rolling out the sales strategy for Nordics to drive revenue growth across the different markets (Truck, Trailer, and LCV). develop & maintain personal direct customer relationships across the region leveraging the sales with the main Key Accounts.organize field sales teams & work closely with the sales back-office team to deliver a high-quality performance to raise our customers satisfaction measured through NPS; initiate actions to meet & anticipate market requirements.deep market intelligence + prioritising within the different channels (Body-Builders, rental companies, end-users and OEM´s).ensuring up to date product knowledge in sales teamsales forecasting within the region and tracking/managing sales performancealong with the Managing Director, they will be responsible for optimizing the deployment of sales resources to scale coverage & limit cost of sales.collaborate with the central team to set targets, implement sales strategies. incl. the deployment of the service sales growth strategy.ensure correct price setting & alignment with central teams on tenders & offers for finished goods, including telematics & service contracts.ensuring customer contact in case of invoice overduesresponsible for directly managing field sales in the region for finished goods & telematics.responsibility for EH&S and Ethics compliance for the Nordics sales team. Support, promote & be an ambassador for the ‘Carrier Way’ behaviours.ensure targets achievement in terms of share of segment & volumeachieving set targets on NPS & follow up on customers where required.contribute to cash flow targets through DSO achievement.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales management function.Experience: Several years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Industry Knowledge: >3 years of industry knowledge in Commercial HVAC in the Nordic countriesProven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English + knowledge of Norwegian & SwedishAnalytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Customer-focused: Strong customer relationship management skills.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performance dynamic environment.Travel: Must have a clean driving licenceCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
