Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand the sales organization of a leading company specializing in building automation, smart systems, and KNX-based technologies.The role is responsible for shaping national sales strategies, managing a large sales team, and strengthening the company’s presence in project-based markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the domestic sales organization consisting of regional and channel sales managers.Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.Build and strengthen relationships with system integrators, contractors, and distributors.Identify new business opportunities through project-based and tender processes.Expand the partner network and establish new regional dealership structures.Manage annual sales targets, pricing, and performance KPIs.Conduct regular market and competitor analyses; implement improvement actions.Collaborate closely with the management team on long-term business development plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of sales experience in building automation, MEP contracting, or low-voltage systems.Proven track record in project-based sales and channel management.Strong leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams.Solid understanding of tender processes and customer relationship management.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.
