Job ProfileOn behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, we are looking for Distribution Sales Manager talents.Language Requirements: Spanish and English as working languagesWork experience requirement: At least 5 years of sales experience in the tech industry; applicants with less experience will be considered if having previous experience in sales distribution.Education: Preferred BS/MS in Telecommunication, Engineering or SalesKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Marketing: Possess the capability to promote regional products/solutions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product availability through different distribution channels.Performance Management: Set sales targets for assigned territories, monitor sales performance, and conduct regular business reviews.Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.Collaboration and Relationship: Enhances the sell-out capabilities of distributors building and maintaining strong relationships with national and regional distributors and key customers.Project Management: Desirable experience in distribution sales project operations.Other Requirements:Customer sales and partner expansion orientedStrong communication skills and influenceAble to effectively coordinate internally and organize collaborative efforts across relevant businessPreferred experienced with enterprise management tools for project managementPossesses strong learning ability, achievement orientation, and a strong sense of purpose and value.
