Develop strong relationships with the retail management and staff to achieve sales targets for assigned brands.Key responsibilities include development and execution of marketing, sales strategies, and events to achieve retail and net sales plans. Implement education strategies for product knowledge and selling techniques.Duties and responsibilitiesSales Planning & ExecutionAchieve net and retail sales targets for assigned brands for accounts by partnering with retail management, motivating, and managing sales staff and implementing marketing initiativesMaximize profit contribution by increasing sales, managing expenses, and negotiating retailer support.Account ServiceProvide exceptional service to assigned store accountsWork with store management teams to analyze the retail results and identify opportunities to develop the business to achieve and exceed sales plansConduct business reviews in key accountsConduct seasonal marketing presentations to all accountsPlan and execute marketing plans for assigned brandsPlan, execute and participate in special events to create animationMotivating Retailer Beauty AdvisorsManage, mentor and develop Beauty Advisors in all assigned storesMaximize job satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce turnover rateProvide in-store coaching of business skills, product knowledge and selling techniques Upholding the Shiseido Corporate and Brand ValuesRepresenting the brand image by upholding the corporate brand values and standards in corporate and public settingsCommunicating the Shiseido corporate cultureBe proactive and creative with problem-solving attributes to evolve with market conditionsQualificationsUniversity Degree or College Diploma in Business related disciplinesPreferred experience as an MUAStrong leadership, analytical, negotiating, and organizational abilitiesMinimum 5 years retail sales experience ideally in the cosmetic industryStrong business aptitude, visual presentation skills and public speaking skillsValid driver’s license to travel to all assigned accounts and stores with personal vehicle to service all territoryExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, andPowerPointMust be detail oriented and ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsTrust 8 CompetenciesBelow is a list of Trust 8 Competencies designed to help employees at Shiseido Americas succeed as the company continues to evolve and innovate.Think Big: Adapt a big-picture perspective.
