We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic team member to join the UI Group SRM Enablement team within Chief Commercial Officer area. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate within the Commercial Sales & Relationship Management team and across the UI Group. The Sales Enablement Specialist role is expected to support Sales and Relationship Manager identify and deliver sales opportunities, as well as accelerate revenue conversion.Your tasks and responsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for providing following activities to the DACH and International Sales & Relationship Management teams across the UI Group:Create customer pitch books (German and English)Prepare customer proposals (German and English)Support lead generation process across various UI jurisdictionsSupport RfP processes (incl. questionnaires, preparation beauty contests)Support customer pitching meetings (incl. value proposition, collaterals, product offerings, etc.) in coordination with Marketing, External Communications, Tax, Legal, Operations, Product Solutions and SRM teamSupport End-to-End Sales process optimization (incl. onboarding/KYC/AML)Support Sales operations and administrative tasks (internal/external)Support Go-To-Market approach across various asset classes, geographies, market segments, jurisdictions, domiciles, & product offeringsSupport monitoring of Sales performance and account managementCoordinate sales admin activities with Risk, Operations, and Product teamsSupport funnel management and maintain CRM tool up to dateGather market insights and competitive intelligence/dynamics to drive innovation, future product offerings and customer satisfactionSupport and drive Commercial Excellence program across UI GroupDrive customer centricity across the UI GroupYour skills and experienceUniversity Degree in economics or related fieldAt least 5 years work experience in the Finance industry or related fieldCan do attitude. Pragmatic mindset. Result orientedStrong aptitude to work with numbers. Fact & Figures drivenStrong analytics. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Strong business sense and sales mindset.
