Your challengeAs our Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all gender), you will play a key role in driving Hubject's growth in one of our most strategic markets.In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the NORDICS & BALTICS. You will be helping expand Hubject’s footprint in the rapidly evolving eMobility ecosystem and collaborate closely with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams to build a healthy pipeline, nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, and support the overall sales process from first contact through to handover.Your mission: to open doors, spark meaningful conversations, and lay the foundation for long-term commercial success - strengthening Hubject’s position as the leading platform for interoperable eMobility services.Why HubjectWe develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility marketWe are working on the most important growth topicsWe are an international team of very motivated eMobility enthusiastsANDWe have over 30 benefits different categories:Food & drinks (food subsidy)Mobility (BVG subsidy)Health & sports (Urban sports membership M)Equipment (Laptop etc)Learning and development (yearly training budget and Udemy learning platform access)Hubject Lifestyle (Voiio membership)Family-friendly environment (flex working time)Your TasksProactively identify and research potential clients across the NORDICS & BALTICS, with a focus on CPOs, EMPs, and automotive & EVSE OEMs.Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns.Build relationships with key stakeholders to create awareness and interest in Hubject’s eMo-bility solutions.Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.Work with the Sales Operations and Marketing team to align outreach efforts, messaging, and lead generation strategies for the NORDICS & BALTICS market.Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities for growth.Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM and de-liver regular reports on pipeline health and performance.Represent Hubject professionally at virtual and in-person industry events, helping to expand our network and strengthen brand visibility.Your Profile3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business/market development, or lead generation man-agement, ideally within eMobility or SaaS sectors. Solid understanding of the Scandinavian and Baltic business landscape and cultural nuances.Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and creating qualified sales opportu-nities.Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills - you know how to build rapport and spark interest through a consultative approach.A proactive and sales-driven mindset, combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style.Genuine enthusiasm for eMobility, sustainability, and technology-driven innovation.LanguageFluency in English is required;Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish is an advantageStart dateJanuary 2026LocationBerlin, Germany or Nordics & BalticeTravelling is required.About UsHubject is the market and innovation leader in the eMobility sector.
