We are recruiting a Sales Engineer for a hi-tech company engaged in developing, manufacturing, and supplying innovative testing solutions for electric motors across a wide range of industries worldwide, including two-wheel vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and more.Role Description and Responsibilities:Full responsibility for developing and increasing the company’s product sales in a defined territoryAchieving ambitious growth and revenue targets in your area of responsibilityBuilding and strengthening relationships with partners involved in the sales processDeveloping and implementing sales strategies in diverse marketsAnalyzing customers’ technical and commercial requirements and identifying the appropriate solution to offerCollaborating and coordinating with various departments within the organization to support technical solutions, share insights, and assist roles involved in the sales processSuccessful implementation of sales plans and management of activities in the assigned regionThe company is located in Poleg, Netanya.Requirements:Practical engineer diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field3–5 years of experience in sales/presales, especially in managing capital equipment and distributorsProven ability to develop and expand sales territoriesProven B2B sales experience, mainly with Complex electromechanical products Strong interpersonal sales experience, including hands-on management of distributors and customer relationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly motivated, proactive, innovative, capable of independent work, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWillingness to travel abroad occasionally
