Sales Engineer (ACMV)

Location: Woodlands, SingaporeCompany Size: ~100 staff (office & field-based)Industry: ACMV / HVACSalary: Up to SGD $3,500.00 per monthType: Entry level – All nationalities are also welcome to apply!Job descriptionWe are recruiting 5 x Sales Engineers for our client who runs an established ACMV company, for the full spectrum of M&E works.Location of the client's operations is in Woodlands, Singapore.This is an entry-level role. Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply!This role will pay you remuneration of up to SGD $3,500.00 per month, commensurate with your experience.Working hours shall be 5 days a week, regular office hours 8:30am to 6:00pm.ResponsibilitiesAttend site meetings, resolve customer complaints, and subsequently coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues.Arrange meetings, conduct sales calls, and present ACMV/HVAC solutions with clear technical understanding.Prepare costing, quotations, sales proposals, and follow-ups to support the full sales cycle.Assist clients with equipment selection, basic design considerations, and general technical queries.Facilitate and ensure that work related to fault, repair, installation, maintenance, and emergencies are completed within the appropriate timelines and standards.Attend to clients' enquiries and feedback, including service recovery.Responsible for ensuring adherence to all guidelines set by clients for all site activities, including safety standards and house rules.Ensure quality service delivery, and plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations at each site.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Analyse and evaluate site performance metrics and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.Attend to requests and respond to emergency calls after working hours, if required.QualificationsDiploma or Degree holder in Engineering.Able to read engineering drawingsProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Prior sales experience is welcomed, though motivated fresh graduates may also apply.
