Our internal manufacturing, research, and development activities prioritize product quality and technological innovation, enabling us to respond promptly worldwide for sales, services, or support.Role Description· Present and explain technical capabilities through demonstrations.· Develop system solutions for customers using existing products and concepts, including BlackBear TechHive products.· Facilitate business coordination between headquarters and customers.· Identify, acquire, and maintain prospective clients.· Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.· Based in Ho Chi Minh City.QualificationsSales Engineering and Technical Support skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Sales processes and strategiesAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or a related fieldExperience in the industrial networking sector is a plusFluency in English and Vietnamese
