Sales Engineer

Job Description:Prepare and do demonstration of the product to potential partner and customer. The product includes body camera, evidence systems, radio, and other communication devices.Solve the product issues by the support of Headquarter. The activities include but not limit to function test, service test, trouble shooting, firewall upgrade.Liaise with customer and headquarter team about the product features and advice the optimization method to the best compatibility with existing networkPrepare and implement test scripts, user acceptance documentProvide after sales support for the products to partner and customerPrepare the pre-sales technical proposal according to customer requirementSupport the sales team for the bidder documents of new project.Responsible for direct development and management of sub-dealers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized sub-dealers, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.Requirements：Good communication skills, can speak Bahasa, English and Chinese.Very interested in the configuration, operation and upgrade of electronic products including body camera, smart phone, radioWith the support of headquarters, write technical proposals that meet customer requirements
