They specialize in advanced technical solutions including instrumentation, control systems, automation, security and networking for major projects.Description:Our client is seeking a driven Sales Engineer with both technical aptitude and sales experience, focused on serving Kuwait's oil & gas industry. This role combines hands-on technical understanding of robotics, applied software, CCTV/access control networking, IoT/AI hardware systems with proactive client facing engagement and sales strategy execution.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients in the oil & gas sector in Kuwait, supporting technical sales of solutions in robotics, applied software, CCTV/access control, IoT and AI hardwareLead technical and commercial presentations, solution demonstrations and product specification discussions with engineering, procurement and project teamsCollaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to tailor proposals that meet project requirements and client expectationsManage the sales process from lead generation through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closure and handoff to delivery/implementationMaintain technical knowledge of the product portfolio and underlying technologies (robotics, IoT hardware, networking, AI) to address client needs effectivelySupport field visits and site assessments in Kuwait, engaging with end-users to understand challenges and scope potential solutionsMonitor market trends, competitor activity and client requirements in Kuwait's oil & gas sector and contribute to sales strategy refinementQualifications:3-5 years of combined technical and sales experience (technical sales background preferred)Technical knowledge or background in robotics, applied software, CCTV/access control networking, IoT hardware or AI systems is highly preferredDemonstrated experience selling technical/engineering solutions or hardware into the Kuwait market is a strong plusStrong communication and client engagement skills; able to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectivelySelf motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, project driven environmentWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work on complex and large scale oil & gas projects in Kuwait, combining technical sales and engineering domainsBe part of a company with deep regional presence and industrial engineering heritageCompetitive compensation package including benefits
