Sales Engineer

Our aim is to understand our customers' needs and deliver products in a timely manner.Role DescriptionThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsible of developing, maintaining marketing and selling plan to meet company objectives and targets.Evaluating of customer requirement and market conditionsUnderstanding new tendencies and analysing opportunities in the marketSourcing new projects/customersBuilding an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors etc. and reinforce the spirit of partnershipPreparing Pre-Qualification, presentations, submittals, quotations, RFPs, etc.Preparing all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate mannerPreparing cost sheets and to estimate unit price for our services based on market, expenses and profitCoordinate with finance department for all financial issues.Maintaining and keeping all working records.Developing and maintaining company clients’ databasePerform other duties as assigned, basis and making sure everyone within the team achieves sales targets.QualificationsSales Engineering and Sales skillsTechnical Support and Communication skillsStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the steel industry or related sectors
