Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Engineer at PT. DJAJA HARAPAN, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, addressing sales inquiries, and presenting the company's products and services to potential clients. This role also involves conducting product demonstrations, assisting with pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving sales, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.QualificationsSales Engineering and Sales skillsTechnical Support and Customer Service experienceStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredExperience in the technology industry is a plusProficiency in English and Indonesian languages is an advantage
