Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends within the assigned region.Sales Project Execution: Lead end-to-end sales operations, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive project success to meet regional business goals.Solution Design & Support: Interpret customer requirements, propose optimal product solutions, tailor competitive strategies, prepare bids and quotations, and resolve technical and commercial inquiries.Partner Ecosystem Development: Identify and engage ecosystem partners, foster collaboration, and jointly deliver value to customers.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in the solar, energy or related power sectors.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Energy, or Power Engineering.Strong learning agility and openness to new technologies.Excellent teamwork, presentation, analytical, and persuasive communication skills.Proficient in English
