Job Description:1) Team Leadership and Strategy:• Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in customer engagement and sales.• Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with the company's goals, driving revenue and market expansion.2) Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:• Oversee and facilitate the development of strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities with potential customers.• Act as a key point of contact for high-level customer inquiries and engage in strategic discussions to address client needs.3) Technical Expertise and Solutions Development:• Collaborate with the team to understand customer technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.• Drive innovation by proposing enhancements to existing products/services and spearheading the development of new solutions.4) Cross-functional Collaboration and Presentation:• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.• Deliver high-level technical presentations and engage in strategic discussions with clients, highlighting our product capabilities.5) Sales Performance and Reporting:• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for the management team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Job Requirement:• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.• Required 8 to 10 years' experience in Sales Engineering Manager.• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical solutions and team leadership.• Extensive background in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.• Excellent communication skills.• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Draftsight, or other CAD software.• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and team development
