The Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales of HP and Xerox printers and managed print services (MPS), focusing on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, providing tailored document technology solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and hands-on experience in selling document technology or IT-related products.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities to expand the customer base.Promote and sell HP and Xerox printers, multifunction devices, and managed print services (MPS) to corporate and institutional clients.Identify customer requirements and recommend optimal document technology solutions to meet business needs.Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations for HP and Xerox solutions.Negotiate terms of sales agreements, manage quotations, and ensure timely order processing and delivery.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth post-sales implementation.Stay updated on HP and Xerox product portfolios, technological advancements, and market trends.Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 1 year of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in document technology, printers, office equipment, or IT solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
