Let’s build, grow, and win together.About The RoleAs a Sales Executive at Regiondo, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in one of our strongest European markets. Your mission is to identify and win new business among experience providers such as bike tours, museums, cooking classes, amusement parks, and boat rentals. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to deal closure—supported by an expert team, powerful tools, and a proven playbook.This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to grow into a SaaS sales career, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the challenge of turning conversations into contracts. Your work will directly contribute to Regiondo’s mission of powering the digital growth of tourism and experience operators across Europe.What you will doProactively identify and connect with experience providers that fit our ideal customer profile across ItalyDrive outbound sales campaigns via cold calls, emails, sequences, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methodsRun discovery calls to understand business needs and position Regiondo’s value proposition effectivelyConduct tailored product demos that highlight how Regiondo can solve real operational challengesOwn and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot—keeping it clean, updated, and focused on resultsCollaborate with Team Leaders and Sales Ops to plan strategy, review performance, and share best practicesCoordinate a smooth post-sale handover with our Customer Success team, ensuring new customers get the best start possibleStay informed about the local tourism market and competitor activity to help us stay aheadActively participate in team meetings, training, and (when required) represent Regiondo at industry events or trade fairsWhat we are looking forExperience: 3–5 years in sales, business development, or hospitality/tourism roles.
