Sales Executive – Medical Devices📍 Location: Guatemala 💼 Work Modality: Hybrid ✈️ Travel: Yes, up to 50% across Central AmericaAbout the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will:Manage relationships and negotiations with the Central America Channel Partner Network.Develop strong sales strategies aligned with global and local corporate objectives to ensure partners meet sales targets.Ensure Channel Partners comply with all required practices, trainings, and certifications.Create divisional multichannel sales strategies (tier/channel, optimal product mix) through innovation and multiple approaches.Provide market trends and data analysis to support risk-free decision-making, including continuous performance analysis of current and potential partners.Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.Travel availability: at least 50% of the time.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum 3+ years managing Channel Partner performance (weekly sales reviews, CRM, analytics).3+ years proven sales experience in healthcare accounts across Central America; multi-country experience preferred.Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is desired.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Central America health systems (mandatory).Basic SAP knowledge (plus).Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros desirable).Languages: minimum intermediate-Advanced English (B2 level).Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and relationship management skills.Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment.Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
