Tottenham Hotspur.The RoleWe’re currently recruiting a Sales Executive within our Premium Sales Team to help us take things to the next level.About YouTo meet or exceed individual targets to drive football inventory through consultative questioning identify upsell opportunity to seasonal football memberships and cross-sell opportunities to our wider premium portfolio for non-football events.Once onboarded and sales training is complete, be well versed in all persuasive selling competenciesTake accountability of personal development, regularly reviewing and implementing sales training to increase upsell rate to seasonal football memberships.Effective use of good consultative sales techniques to identify the scope of an opportunityDeliver on seasonal and matchday sales targets with a focus on entry-mid level premium productRepresent the club positively on matchdays and at networking events, exhibitions and conferences with a view to maximise salesNegotiate closure of all sales and manage handover to the Premium Experience Team to ensure efficient client onboardingPresent weekly updates to the Line Manager and wider team on sales activity with key successes, losses and any client objections.Track weekly performance against agreed targets and manage sales pipelinesWhat you will bringThinks ahead, generates ideasValues & respects others, builds relationships, collaboratesGets things done, delivers to high standards, takes responsibilityExcellent communicator with strong inter-personal and networking skillsGifted negotiator and influencerCreative, energetic and target drivenThrives under pressureCan work under own initiative but is a supportive team memberStrong personal work ethicEvidence of ability to self-generate a pipeline of new B2B opportunities – not essentialStrong presentation and sales proposal writing skillsConfident candidate with strong communication skillsExperience in Salesforce preferableStrong Microsoft Office experienceThe Tottenham Hotspur WayIs to push harder, rise higher and forge greater.
