With fast-growing international presence and a strong production pipeline including our award-winning ULTIMA Range and The "Next "series we are expanding our elite sales team.The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive for Germany with experience in selling to UHNWI clients whether from the yachting, luxury automotive, or private aviation sectors.This is a results-driven role focused on converting qualified leads, developing trusted relationships, and expanding our brand's reach among top-tier clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive pre-qualified leads directly from our CRM database and company channelsManage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to deal closure and post-sales relationship managementRepresent the Sunreef brand at global boat shows, private events, and strategic activationsDevelop and nurture your own network of UHNWI clients, family offices, and key intermediaries (brokers, advisors, etc.)Maintain high standards of reporting, using CRM tools to track pipelines and client interactionsEnsure all communication reflects the brand's values, design philosophy, and commitment to excellenceWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury yachting, automotive, or private jet industriesProven track record of success with UHNWI clients and high-ticket closingsFluent in English; other languages such as Arabic, French, German, or Spanish are an assetRefined interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awarenessInternational mindset and willingness to travel globally as neededComfortable working with CRM systems and digital client engagement toolsAmbitious, proactive, and highly polished communicatorWhat We OfferAccess to qualified leads from our in-house CRM and marketing funnelCompetitive base salary + commission structure + performance incentivesWork with a world-class brand in one of the most prestigious segments of the luxury marketInternational exposure and the chance to collaborate directly with our Global Sales Director, CEO and CTOOpportunities to grow your personal network and client base with full support from the companyBoat show attendance, and luxury event participation
