We conduct a variety of workshops for different age groups and work in partnership with national and international associations and foundations to achieve our goals.Job Description:We’re looking for a driven and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our on-site team in New Cairo. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calls, prospect outreach, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into clients. If you’re confident on the phone, eager to learn, and passionate about sales, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leadsFollow up with prospects through phone, email, and in-person meetingsSupport the sales team in reaching targets and expanding the client baseMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactionsAssist in preparing sales proposals and presentationsResearch and identify new market opportunities and client segmentsCollaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with sales effortsQualifications:Comfortable and confident making cold calls and speaking with clients over the phoneExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a persuasive, customer-focused approachAbility to handle rejection professionally and stay motivatedOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasksBasic knowledge of CRM systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
