The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying suitable insurance solutions for prospective customers. Key tasks include negotiating terms, preparing proposals, presenting tailored insurance solutions to clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role demands proactive communication with clients, an understanding of their needs, and a focus on delivering outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Relationship Management, including lead generation and client retentionKnowledge of Insurance Solutions, including Property, SME & Individual Medical, Marine , Motor , liability Insurance and other general lines.Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Proposal Preparation skillsAbility to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skillsFamiliarity with the UAE market and regulatory framework is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in insurance or risk management (e.g., CII qualifications) are a plus.
