We are a growing beauty brand based in Bali, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the personal care and hospitality landscape in Bali and is eager to build strong, lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Strategically develop new and existing accounts from hotels, villas, travel agents, to corporatea•⁠ ⁠⁠Leverage market potential and identify sales opportunities•⁠ ⁠⁠Deliver consistent performance to achieve or exceed sales targets•⁠ ⁠⁠Travel within your area to build strong, personal relationships with clients, including hotels, villas, and retail partners•⁠ ⁠⁠Analyze sales data and convert it into actionable insights that drive growth•⁠ ⁠⁠Plan and execute trade marketing activities for local and international market•⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experience from order to deliveryQualifications:•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, hospitality, or wellness industry•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong network in Bali, especially within hotels, villas, travel agents, and corporate sectors•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable with sales targets and driven by achievement•⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills•⁠ ⁠⁠Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team•⁠ ⁠⁠Familiar with local market trends and customer behavior in the beauty/personal care space
