Job DescriptionSummary-We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.Job Responsibility- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activitiesCandidate Requirements- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Customer-oriented mindset Problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Time management and organizational skills Goal-oriented and results-driven Team player with a positive attitude Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve
