Our mission is to create a sanctuary where health, exclusivity, and lifestyle intersect.Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and polished Sales Executive to lead our membership sales team and drive revenue through strategic selling, exceptional client service, and team motivation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in luxury hospitality, high-end fitness, or lifestyle membership sales and thrives in an upscale environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of membership consultants and sales executives.Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets through proactive strategies.Manage and optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing.Ensure a premium guest experience during tours, consultations, and onboarding.Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.Collaborate with marketing for events, lead generation campaigns, and partnerships.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and CRM entries.Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.Assist in recruitment and training of new sales team members.Represent the brand at events and promotional activities with a luxury mindset.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Prior experience in luxury gyms, 5-star hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership qualities with a passion for motivating teams.Polished presentation and grooming to represent a premium brand.Goal-oriented and able to perform under pressure.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based commission structure.Free gym membership and wellness perks.Access to exclusive industry events and luxury networking.Training and development opportunities in luxury sales.
