In turn, we hope this helps you evaluate if this is the right job for you.Key ResponsibilitiesTo develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and following up new leads and sample requests.To negotiate best achievable commercial agreements and develop and implement short term plans for product sales.To achieve sales plan/targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.To report promptly on business (e.g. C4C visit reports) in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise.To carry out activities like new business development, new product promotion, and considering market application of products under supervision with advice and assistance readily available.To maintain and grow business by developing appropriate contacts within the organisation (technical, marketing).Key RequirementsScience Degree in Biology/ Chemistry related discipline or both.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (70% Hunter, 30% Farmer)Business travel requirement: ~30% within ASEAN regionBackground in Science or Chemical industry within manufacturing/ food/ lubricant/ semiconductor (polymer-based)/ trading business.Deep understanding of personal/ home care or chemical industry, strong communications, negotiation and B2B sales skill.Independent and motivated, self-starter, results-oriented mindset Why Croda?
