With huge growth over the past number of years, along with an exciting new motor campus on the horizon, we’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our team in Kildare Town.We wish to recruit a Sales Executive to join our successful sales team and embark on an exciting sales career with Fitzpatrick's Garage Group.The successful candidate will receive continuous training in all aspects of the sales process and follow a defined development programme leading to a successful sales career.The Ideal Candidate WillHave a minimum of 2-5 years selling experience in a main franchise dealer environmentBe target driven, possess strong sales skills and with a demonstrable track record of success in both new and used retail car salesHave excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retentionBe computer literate with strong organisational skillsPrevious experience of CDK/Kerridge/Keyloop is an advantageBe self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated to achieving high standards and resultsBe highly motivated with a strong customer focus.A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.Full clean driver’s licenseCandidates will have the ability to work on their own initiative, while contributing significantly and enthusiastically to the successful running of our sales operations.The successful candidate will be offered a generous benefits package reflecting the importance of the position and commensurate with their experience.
