Good food also respects our planet and protects resources for future generations.Get to know us better at www.nestle.comJoin Nestlé Team and be a Force For Good!We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team.Location: Gaziantep,TürkiyeType of contract: PermanentAs a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;Understand and align with company priorities by developing a comprehensive periodic action plan and executing it effectively within the designated area of responsibility to achieve sales targetsFollow and implement monthly company priorities with planned resourcesExecute the Picture of Success framework across all sales pointsEnsuring the achievement of business objectives by overseeing distributors and their sales representatives, while delivering all essential sales, operational and customer management activities to all customersUtilize relevant sources of information to assess the sales potential of your assigned area. Generate leads and make timely sales interviews to achieve the maximum potential of the areaManage distributors within the area of responsibility to ensure sales targets are met while optimizing resources and maintaining the desired level of stockLead, coach, motivate, and develop the distributor’s sales force in alignment with company targets through daily and weekly performance tracking Which profile are we looking for?Bachelor’s or master’s degreeMinimum 2 years of successfull sales experience in FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods)(Out of Home experience will be a significant advantage)Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectivelyStrong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer Care and commercial Development, customer relations and field operations, with experience in managing a field sales teamA valid driving license is requiredNo travel restrictionFluent in English is an advantageWhat are our employee community values?Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.Respect is our overaching value in Nestlé.
