Adhering to stringent German standards, we ensure high-quality products through rigorous quality assurance systems and testing.Job Description:• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for manufacturing products.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review. Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support to maintain strong, long-term relationships.Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.• 2-3 years of proven experience in within the manufacturing industry.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment..• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in an on-site setting.
