Specializes in premium cuts of beef, lamb, and chicken, as well as handcrafted sausages and gourmet roasted turkey.Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products from within our store, outlet, or showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities: • Greet and engage customers in the store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. • Promote FMCG products effectively to increase sales and enhance brand visibility. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. • Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and properly labeled. • Provide accurate product information including pricing, features, and offers. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. • Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue. • Maintain daily sales records, prepare reports, and share feedback on customer preferences. • Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability. • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.Requirements: • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or supermarket environments. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling skills. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems). • Positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in selling food, beverage. • Knowledge of merchandising and stock management. • Fluency in English and [local language].
