Job Title: Road Marking Paints SalesmanLocation: Dubai / Umm Al Quwain, UAESalary: Up to AED 10,000 per monthExperience: 2–3 YearsIndustry: Paints / Construction / Road MarkingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Road Marking Paints Salesman to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of paints and coatings in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience selling road marking paints and related coating products to government entities, contractors, and distributors. This role demands strong client relationship management, product knowledge, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with contractors, road maintenance companies, and government departments (Municipalities, RTA, etc.).Identify and pursue new business opportunities for road marking paints, thermoplastic coatings, and related materials.Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and tender documents.Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and project pipelines.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and product training sessions to promote brand awareness.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of sales experience in road marking paints, industrial coatings, or construction materials within the UAE.Strong knowledge of road marking systems, thermoplastic paints, and application processes.Established network with contractors, municipalities, or government agencies is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
